Motivation comes from a variety of sources. Seeing constant improvement in my physique has been one of the main sources of motivation. People that have given up on me/doubt me/criticize me are another. I have to prove them wrong constantly.

I'm very disappointed!  I hit the gym today, feeling great.  I was well rested, and had tons of energy.  The first exercise I did confirmed that it was going to be a great workout.  I flat-benched 225 for 12 reps.  That's not extraordinary, but I haven't done that in some time.  We arrived...

Oh yes, me too. I traveled the entire month of December, then the holiday parties didn't stop until last weekend. I'm super excited (and not) to get back to reality now!! Things are good in AZ. The sun is shining and it's a new year... only good things can come :)
