I'm very disappointed! I hit the gym today, feeling great. I was well rested, and had tons of energy. The first exercise I did confirmed that it was going to be a great workout. I flat-benched 225 for 12 reps. That's not extraordinary, but I haven't done that in some time. We arrived...

Oh yes, me too. I traveled the entire month of December, then the holiday parties didn't stop until last weekend. I'm super excited (and not) to get back to reality now!!
