I'm very disappointed! I hit the gym today, feeling great. I was well rested, and had tons of energy. The first exercise I did confirmed that it was going to be a great workout. I flat-benched 225 for 12 reps. That's not extraordinary, but I haven't done that in some time. We arrived...

hey i was just reading ur thread salvage resurrection.. thats a great program you have tehre and the first one that i read about circuit training. right now its like my second week of weight lifting so im still doing full body workouts 2sets each body part. in about a month tho im doing a 3day split... u can get more info on my profile.. anything u think i should correct/?? also how do u make a journal thingy??
