273.0lbs Not the jeans I'm wearing, but a pair I own that is a size smaller, fit me one year ago. I feel a little better after losing 10lbs.

262.5lbs means 21lbs down in my first three weeks. I was surprised when I got on the scale today, I didn't think I lost anything. But, no reason to back off!

255lbs. I made a few adjustments, did a little more cardio and got back on the right track. Same pose, different hotel room. Took this pic while on the road in Costa Mesa, no newspaper. Failed my Air Force PT test today. I'm not any more or less tan then my first day... I just don't understand lighting and self-photography. Clearly I need to hire a pro for my 'Afters'.

250.5lbs. 33lbs down from July 1st. Not bad for six weeks.

Pic on the right: Squeezing into the pants of my service dress uniform... I need to get into these... Goals: Smaller waist, slimmer thighs, and no muffin top!
I'm sure I can make 235 by 20 OCT 07.

I have lost 42.5lbs in 9 weeks. The beanie may look thugish, I'm not. I'm feeling a little depressed today, it has nothing to do with my progress, goals, routines, or workouts. I remembered her this morning and all I feel like doing is laying in bed in the fetal position. I will write a blog about it later after work.

No change in weight this week, but I'm not pissed like I was the week I only lost 1.5lbs because I was not as strict as I have been in previous weeks. 6 weeks to go. On the road in Newport Beach this weekend... No newspaper... Different hotel room.

I'm starting to feel like my arms are getting to small, but at least my love handles are going away. I can wear clothes that didn't fit me 5 months ago, that's got to count for something. I figure it's time to start tanning, if I want to have decent 'after' pics.

So... I gained a pound. Still down 50lbs from my start date of July 1. At this point I think I can accept it as adjusting to my bodyweight, no reason to stray from my plan. I'm two weeks out!

Now begins the quest for a washboard, I go to my labor! Not bad for the morning after a wild party! But hey, after 16 weeks of seriousness, one night of 'letting my hair down' was totally worth it. I'll have a blog with pics up about it soon, still have some other stuff to finish and post first.

I'm just about 20lbs up from my weight on 25OCT07. I realize my body weight is coming back up, I'm relaxing a little to much, and it's time to get back on the chase. My goal for the next week to to 'test run' a program based mostly on ab work and developing good form in basic muscle building motions.

Friday the 24th I benched 365x1 and dead lifted 585x1. Today I weighed in at 253.8. Hopefully I can maintain my strength on the way down to 235.
