Personal Info And Background:
Real Name:
Ronald
Sex:
Male
Age:
25
Location:
El Centro, California, United States
Occupation:
Air National Guard Servicemember on Weekend a month / Retired Personal Trainer
I started working out my freshman year of high school. In the past I've been a fair-weather-lifter and I've never stuck to a comprehensive exercise and diet program for more then a few weeks.
My body composition has yo-yo'd drastically; since I've begun. I've been all over the scale. I started at 240 (14y/o), have been as low as 212, and high as 283.5 disgusting pounds @ 29% body fat.
I guess I rediscovered my desire to get back in shape when I got on the scale and saw a weight that’s heavier than I’ve ever been. I looked around and realized none of my clothes fit and my military uniform was bursting at the seems.
In July 2006 I volunteered for a mission with the National Guard on the US Mexico border. Not to long before I moved for the mission I made some horrible decisions that ended many of my personal relationships. Since I've left my friends and family back home, I’ve suffered some tragic events and been wrestling with overeating and depression.
I hit my lifetime high in July of 2007. Since then I've tackled some personal demons, built a body I can be proud of, kicked ass on the Air Force Fitness Test which allowed me to re-elist for six years rather than get discharged for being out of shape and rediscovered things I forgot about myself a long time ago.
Why I Love It:
The more I experience my 'coming of age' the more I realize, and am fascinated by the way that the body and the mind affect each other.
I believe it is possible to heal the soul by reconstructing the body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading great works & watching Hercules, Hercules Unchained & World Strongest Man competitions.
BB Accomplishments:
2007- Lost 65lbs in 16 weeks. I've earned a body I can be proud of and is a good starting point for future fitness goals.

"He's a Disgusting Pig Monster, I bet he eats 1,000 pancakes for breakfast!" Here I am at 283.5lbs and I feel like crap. I'm wearing my uniform trousers and every day when I go to work, I feel like I'm a stuffed sausage.

Goal (Long):
Ross, Reeves, and Grimek did it on weight training, whole foods and lots of milk, why should my plan stray far from the tried & true? I will bring a classic physique back! I want to look like the Farnese Bull, Michealangelo’s David or The Seated Zues at Olympia & be capable of moving Herculean Poundages.

Why I like this video: Guys, check out Pauline Nordin. Not only is she a total babe, she's nice as hell and gave me some great adivce that really helped me out my last two weeks. I had the pleasure of meeting her when her husband, Pavel Ythjall, did my 'afters'.

Why I like this video: I'm not sure why he never won an Olypmia... He sure as hell should of!
It ain't all roses being single. Sometimes it's down right tough!
I have two pairs of jeans, both about 3 years old. One's a 34x34, the other's a 36x34. I've been a little heavy so I've been sporting the 36x34's and last week, they started to rip in the seat~! Crisis! Sunday I had a day off...
Hi ron - I always watch the backs of my friends - esp. when they lift heavy -got a guy at the gym - he tries to lift at my weight - can't - i told him it was because he was too young and all young guys are pussies! haha - Should have seen his face!Ron - Keep it up - the bull and the ox - steel warriors - the anals of history call us -can you hear it?
This transplanted Texan ran over to Mexico for a little while, and unfortunately had to come back to reality today! *sniffles* I loved being away, but it's nice to be back home. ON a sidenote... Ronald, you make an AMAZING SUPERMAN! OMG. I did a double take at that profile shot!!!
I am not going to ask why you think you are superman but it does look good on you! Nice fantasy ;-)..............
See you soon here in Longhorn land!!
How are you doing?
I actually saw those custom order ones last year, I can see now they are legit. I was trying to justify getting one to my wife, and while she believed I would wear it everyday while I worked out she vetoed the purchase. I definitely think it is worth the price though.
Thanks man, I see you raided my closet. That is one of the better costumes I have seen. Had to make mine by hand, let me rephrase, I had to have my Mother who knows how to sew, make it by hand.
I have contemplated if I should put up another vid. Reason being, I used the Lipo-6 for only 3 days. I didn't have a good reaction to the caffeine I'm assuming so I took it back. I couldn't sleep and felt sick most of the time. To me if a pill makes me feel that bad then it's probably not something I should be putting in it.
"...and am fascinated by the way that the body and the mind affect each other. I believe it is possible to heal the soul by reconstructing the body." I couldnt' have said it better. Outstanding.
Well, talking about videos I just saw that you posted one and I have to agree with the running. The way I look at it, 11 more PT test and running goes out the door. I'll maybe jog then.
