158 lbs, not sure about bodyfat here, but it's gotta be at least 26% or higher. Waist was about 37" I think.

A 2-month comparison from the front. I can see the waist dropping a bit, a little more definition overall, and the chest is starting to look like, well... a chest! But apparently that damn belly fat wants to hang around a little longer. Pleased with the results so far, gonna take it up a notch for the next three months.

Good Lord I can't believe how much I let myself go over the years! But looking at these shots, I can definitely see progress. Left side was taken July 2004, I was at 164 lbs, zero workouts, terrible nutrition, and about 27% bodyfat. Right shot taken 8/14/2008, 145.6lbs, 19% bf, nutrition is super clean, and workouts are consistent with a few cardio days each week.

Waist is dropping down slowly but surely. I also feel like I'm putting on a little more muscle, even though my main focus is dropping fat. Gotta stay motivated!
