well I eat fast food atleast 3 times a week and I drink energy drinks. I just need to take a nutrition class so I know what to limit and what I need to eat more of and just to balance things out better.

I hear that lipo6 stuff is super good. I havent tried it myself but I hear its pretty effective. Keep me posted I would like to know how it works out for you

Well I just ordered a mass stack from Muscle Tech. I get it tomorrow im pretty excited! So im going to try to put on an extra ten lbs and then shred the fat. But I really need to clean up my diet if I want it to work out. What about you? Whats your long term goal?

It depends. Pop seems to make it harder to lift. But if you get a supp that has some caffeine in it then it will help. What kind of lift where you doing?

I think my training is great. I train harder every day but its my diet thats slowing me down. I dont eat right at all and I drink alot of caffeine. But im slowly getting better.
