How I Started: My brother has been working out seriously for seven years, and he always wanted to push me into it, and eventually I just went in and started lifting. I wish I went in years ago cuz it's the best feeling.
Why I Love It: I love it because of the lifestyle. You feel healthy, and love the new goals and barriers you set for yourself as you push through them.
How I Stay Motivated: Known that while i'm eating a good healthy diet and getting stronger, other people are getting trashed and getting weak. Hopefully I'll be catching up to those people soon.

Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I want to gain 15 pounds of muscle.
Goal (Long): All of my life, I have been a skinny toothpick. I've only been lifting for a year and a half now and went from about 130 pounds to 156. I really would like to gain another 15 pounds by the end of the summer.
