My goal is simple i want to increase 10 lbs of lean muscle . As per my opinion growing big is not important. what is important is you should have good fittness level so that u will be active all the time. My Workout is Mix of cardio and Strength trainning. I want to be a Fittness Model.

60 Seconds.
