It was no big deal- it was a arthroscopic sugery for a torn meniscus. I was back to pretty much normal in 2.5 weeks and actually i feel better than i have in a couple years. Wat are you doing in orlando now? Couldn't take the cold in DC, huh? LOL

Thank you! Re: you plateau.. it depends on your goals.. are you trying to gain lean mass? Then up you protein and calories slightly for sure. It never hurts to switch up your program. ABout every 8-12 weeks is a good rule of thumb. There is a great book out there.. the most valuable book i've read. It's called Nutrient Timing. Go get it if you are trying to put on muscle. I promise it will work
