I always admired people who were fit and wanted to be like them. Nutrition and Fitness became the foundation of my disciplined lifestyle. I want to be an example to my friends and employees.
Why I Love It:
You can't buy a great body, you have to earn it everyday. Bodybuilding gives me a reason to eat right, go to bed early and wake up early. The gym is MY place. I don't have to worry about anything in the gym. It is just me and the weights.
How I Stay Motivated:
My Wife motivates me through her dedication to fitness. My friends and family tell me how great I look- that really makes me feel good. I don't know what I would do without bodybuilding.
BB Accomplishments:
Everyday I go back to the gym and eat right is an accomplishment.
I wasn't doing any cardio and I was eating bad- I was lifting alot- but not lifting HARD.
I have been cutting down for a little over a month. Down to 184 from 197. I went with a 1400 cal a day diet and hit cardio pretty hard. Only the first week really sucked. I am going to maintain for a month or two then look to bulk up.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I eat 5 small meals a day. I eat 40% Protein 40% carbs and 20% fat. I also go nuts and have a cheat meal once a week where I take in around 2000 cal in about an hour. The cheat meal keeps me sane.
