I started exercising soon after I watched the movie Conan the Barbarian. Also, I happened to pick up a M&F Magazine that had coverage of Shawn Ray winning the 1987 Nationals who was and still is an inspiration to me.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the changes my physique goes through each week when preparing for an event. The rewards are endless!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the changes my physique goes through each week is enough of a motivation. I also love the challenge of the amount of weight I lift.
BB Accomplishments:
The pictures that you see above are of me the very next day after winning the 2003 Musclemania Championships at the height of 6'1", 211 lbs. and less than 3% bodyfat. I'd say that's enough of a major accomplishment for me, no?

Why I like this video: Personally, I just feel Kai is thee best when it comes to presentation, very motivational for me and uplifting!
Dennis Wolf - The Beginning Part 4
Played: 63
Why I like this video: I like this video because Dennis gives us tall athletes a little hope in building size. He's 1 inch taller than me, plus he's another guy that adds inspiration physique wise.
Phil Heath Backstage at the 2008 Iron Man Pro
Played: 40
Why I like this video: Another form of inspiration, nuff said!
I'll be doing this workout for a period of 2-3 months. I have been out of the loop for a long, long time (4-5 years) and I just want to get back into my competitive form.
I'm doing this workout just to get my strength and mind back into it. After that I'll be switching back into my old method...
