Diet is really nothing special. I listed most of my favorite foods but for cutting I just eat less carbs. 100-150g for a few days, then depending on how I'm feeling I'll eat more 300-400g for a day. Must eat enough carbs to lift with intensity, but no more. When fat loss plateaus, I cut carbs more. You have to have added quite a bit of muscle over the years for this to work really.

the isoxp is really good but i switched a little while ago. now i use Iso Sensation 93. great quality and the taste is good too.
