How I Started:
I started working out because I found that diabetes runs in my family. So I figure to work out to beat the odds that are in my family's history. Also back in 2000 I had my twin daughters, and wanted them to have a healthy mother. I wanted to be able to keep up with them. Now, I just recently had my baby boy, and now I'm trying to get back into my routine that I had before I got pregnant with my son.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it has it's rewards. Healthier life, and makes me have great confidence in myself. =0) Working out is a great stress relief.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep looking at fitness magazines, and look at the pictures.
I always treat myself after I complete a week of going to the gym. (Ex. pedicures, a new outfit, or shoes)

Goal (Long):
I've always wanted to have that all around tone body. I want to be able to stop tugging on my shirts and pants. I want to fit into a size 7. I want to be able to show off my mid-drift in cute little tops. I know that if I have the will, I will have the power to reach my goal!!

I want to LOSE 20 lb

OUCH!!!! Today, I did legs, and boy did it hurt sooo bad. I know that I will be feeling it in the morning. When it comes to weight training, I can say I hate doing legs. OUCH! OUCH! OUCH! That doesn't mean I'm giving up, it's still on!! :razz:
I dropped by to say that I believe you can achieve your goal and to wish you all the best. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in just 12 weeks and I lost over 50 lb in the same time period by following the 12 week Body for Life body transformation program. If we can do it so can you. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell. Believe and Achieve!
