I was a fat child,who always eat there emotions... I found a job in a factory to earn money because I always leave in a poor family, so I finaly get money to workout and change my lifestyle.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Try to cut carb .. no more bread and peanut better...no more milk of soy and Al-Bran..Try to eat more protein : meat and fish..

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?

Hello very beautiful Sandra. Im sure things will go well for you. Like all things it takes time to change certain things, Ive been out drinking and partying at times during training.
