hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!

Thanks. I've been working them hard, but I have a way to go to hit 19. A solid 18 plus now, though I haven't put a tape around them lately. Maybe soon.
