Why I Love It:
People notice. Nuff said.
How I Stay Motivated:
Build relationships at the gym. People expect you to be there, it's easier to show up.
BB Accomplishments:
Let's see...I think my greatest accomplishment was when, last June, one of my staff stopped me in a hallway and said "Are you using steroids? You're getting HUGE." I glowed for a week. FWIW, the answer was "No, never."

That's the ideal; when I miss a day, I pick up where I left off, instead of skipping that body part.

By the way, in answer to your question, I have seen a thickly muscled 60 year old and that is a worthy goal for all of us! At 40, you got plenty of time to make it happen bro.

looking huge bro,and to be honest yes i have seen a few huge 60 year olds,my grandfather actually started lifting at 34 and was his biggest at 58,charlie arms is huge at 63,bill grant huge at 60,and plenty more,so you have a good 20 years left to get even bigger although you are huge now.
