Thursday - Back/Biceps
Seated Rows
[6 sets medium grip/wide repeat]
Pulldowns to Front
[medium and wide]

Barbell Curls
Supine DB Curls
Reverse EZ Bar Curls
Hammer Curls

Friday - Shoulders/Triceps
Military Press
Laterals to Side supersetted with DB Shrugs

DB Tricep Extentions to Close-Grip Bench
EZ Bar Tricep extentions [to Press *if possible*]
DB Kickbacks


Saturday - REST
Sunday - REST
