How I Started:
Uh, well my grandpa was a powerlifter and to this day is still bigger than ever. He is my main influence and showed me the basics.
Why I Love It:
Seeing the gains, getting compliments.. such as "are you on steroids?" it's nice to be like "no way dude" and also to see your strength increase.
How I Stay Motivated:
mostly AnimalPak.com and especially seeing people in the gym who are bigger and stronger than me. They keep me in the gym and more focused on my goals.

Havn't updated this thing since like november so just stoppin in to update you guys if you care haha. Man last time i updated i was puttin 145 up now im at 170.. sounds good too me. Right now im pretty much messed up on routine but im working on getting my diet in check right now then ill...
Thanks Sam. I see that you have made some solid progress. You have packed some additional muscle on your chest, shoulders and arm. Your abs are even looking deeper. Keep training strong. -Jeff
Yeah, I don't make strength gains really fast. I don't really know why. I have long arms and legs, so I'm not the strongest for my age. I hit plateaus often, and most of my gains come in spurts once every couple months.
Thanks for the comment. You're lookin great too. Yeah, creatine really works. I never made big gains in muscle until I started taking it in November 2005. About the bench press, one year ago I was benching about 125, so I usually increase about 50 pounds per year.
WOW Sam! You've got a great start for being 15!!! You've got excellent back muscles and your abs look great and biceps look strong! Keep up the good work and keep lifting hard!
*this is what will totally build your traps, once you bring the weight up make sure you shrug it at least once.
Well I hope that helps, make sure you keep me updated with your results. Also I dunno if you can do that weight or even more but just keep building and try to increase as often as you can.
Hey bud, you're pretty defined, one of the most defined 15 year olds I've seen. Anyways I'll tell ya what I do for my back day routine:
1.) Lat pulldowns: 3 sets, 8-10 reps, and 200 pounds
2.) Close grip lat pulldowns: 3 sets, 10-12 reps, and 180 pounds
3.) Seated rows: 3 sets, 8-10 reps, and 160 pounds
*4.) Dead lift: 3 sets, 10-12 reps, and 275 pounds
5.) Back extention: 2 sets, 10 reps, and 45 pounds
