I want to be stronger and more muscular.
Goal (Long):
I want to have a bigger, stronger body, with (eventually) a low enough amount of fat that my abs are visible. For a specific strength goal, I would like to lift a total of 1,000 pounds in my bench press, squat, and deadlift - hopefully I can attain this before going to university.

I want to GAIN 5 lb
