i train at best fitness in albany. i moved up here back in august. hating off season... feels like im still in training for a show except i get some carbs i want real food!!! cant wait for thanksgiving :)mmmmmmmmmm... lol. hope you enjoy yours.. stuff your face til you puke!! haha

Awesome, i've heard of both shows. infact 2 of my good friends are doin those shows next year. the northern KY is in February right? either way i know they're doin those. good luck to you, thats awesome!!! I wanna get into NPC next year. this year im just doin the INBF to get my feet wet in the competition world. but anyway.. good luck with those shows. keep in touch cuz id love to hear how u do!!
