Thanks for the comments at my photos. As for your question, regrettably, due to my sciatic pain in my right glute and leg, I no longer practice Karate. Now what left for me is to become slow but strong like turtle and enjoy a long peaceful life. But that's me, you young people must keep it up. haha. :D -Kaz
