When I Started:
Jul, 2006
How I Started:
I'd been practicing various Japanese martial arts between age 14 to 30s.
Lifting weights is one of the legacies from those days.
After more than 15 years of hibernation, I restarted this iron sports in the summer of 2006.
Why I Love It:
This might be the last chance for me to become something I could truly be proud of.
So I can't help but love pumping iron.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading others' stories based on their true experiences here in Bodybuilding.com forums.
*I don't like theoreticians who have no real experience thus no story to tell.

Hi Kaz, hope you grace my new workout journal with your powerful presence. I could do with a real warrior to urge me on, when I'm feeling sorry for myself. Your look of power is more intimidating than ever. Much respect #1.
