When I Started:
Feb, 2005
How I Started:
I wanted to get bigger and stronger for wrestling. I have always been into sports. I started going to 24 hour fitness in about 6th grade. By 8th grade I was there so often the employees didn't even bother swiping my card. (mostly because they knew I usually forgot it) haha
Why I Love It:
I love the natural high. I can't get enough of the pumped-up feeling. It also just makes me feel good about myself and my gains give me the feeling of accomplishment i love.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, I love lifting and I love being at my gym no matter how much I am there. MY off days are the worst... I always get crabby and feel lazy. I need to workout or else I am not very happy usually. Ha ha also, I always look forward to my protein shakes after a workout, they are delicious.
BB Accomplishments:
Since I am not in competition I don't really have any. Lifting and bodybuilding is something I do for myself. So I guess whenever I see results it's a major accomplishment. Actually, I feel accomplishment every time I complete a tough workout. That really keeps me going.

Sammyo219changed Weight from 115 lbs. to 120 lbs., a 5 lb. gain in 63 days
just sitting here i have realized something great about working out that I have been doing without knowing it. When I do a really tough workout sometimes it is hard to go back to the gym because i am think "Shit, i don't know if i can do that again." Well that happens because during...
During this quarter I have weight training in school so here is what my weekly routine usually looks like. (I can really only do so much at school cause we have a shitty weight room)
Best of luck to you with your wrestling. I don't know if you have attended or are planning to attend any camps but I went to this one and it made a hell of a difference for me.
