Why I Love It:
I love it because of the feeling afterwards of finishing something difficult.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by knowing my body will seperate me from the average Joe.
BB Accomplishments:
Been going to the gym for more then 1 month now. I usually quit after 1 month of no results. But now with all the information I know what to do and eat.
Bulk to 200lbs then cut all the body fat out to 4%.
Goal (Long):
I want to be able to do handstands easily, fit into size 30 waist pants, be able to do back flips. Be able to bike for 2 hours at a time and barely break a sweat.
175lbs ish, 4-5% body fat, Learn all 28 Shaolin Exercises.
nothing much you i saw ur thing that said u went to the gym for a month but usually quit after that if there is any help you need like how to taget a certain muscle or what ever let me no
