How I Started: High School Sports
Why I Love It: That's a grand assumption - I don't love it, I love the results. If you love it, you're not going hard enough and most likely not seeing the progress you desire.
How I Stay Motivated: Performance. I want to be better everytime I run a race, get on stage, or walk down the street.
BB Accomplishments: INBF Monster Mash 7th place of 15 in Boston on 11/3/06, drove to NYC that night and ran the NYC Marathon the next morning on 11/4/06 (10 hours after I stepped off stage in Boston - carb depleted) and ran a 3:49...the fake tan looked silly but oh well.
