Heya jombitos,
Good to hear your training is going well! The bodyfat will fall off pretty quick once you drop the cals.. Things are good, training hard. I'm going back into a bulking phase, so I'm pretty much eating everything within 3 metres of me :) Then I'll cut again leading into December (Aussie summer)

Yeah training is good! I took a week rest, and started bulking last week. It's winter over here, so a good time to bulk up. Then I'll do a short cut coming into December (the Aussie summer). How things with you?

Cheers! I bulked for 6 weeks, otherwise I just would have been skinny if I cut straight away. Cutting wise, I didn't do any real cardio, just the odd session once a week. Most of the cuts are from calorie deprivation. I dropped calories to 1700 a day over 6 meals.
Training wise, I do a 4 day split: Chest Monday, Back Tuesday, Shoulders/arms Thursday, Legs Saturday. Abs 3 times a week during the last couple of weeks to help with ab definition.
