How I Started:
I was always extremely active, but when in high school we had a fitness competition and I placed. I started working out after school and after track practice and I loved the way it made me feel.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel incredible. I love being able to shape and tone my body. I love the discipline that is involved. It keeps my head clear and my mind strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's been hard lately, but mainly I know how I feel when I don't workout and I absolutely hate it.
