I try to stick with clean foods, meaning food that is not highly processed and usually is located on the outer aisles of the grocery stores. That is where the vegetables, fruit, dairy and meats are located. I eat cereal, high in fiber, oatmeal or egg whites in the morning. On cardio days, I eat after I run. Then after my workout, I have a protein shake. For lunch I stick to a lean meat, such as chicken, turkey or tuna, with a lot of vegetables. Dinner is usually consists of the same, but with maybe some bread, like a spinach tortilla, or wheat bread. I stay away from desserts, candy, fried and fast food. Syntha-6 protein shake, I have to mix it with milk, because the water hurts my stomach
