3-6 egg white and veggie omlet pre workour breakfast
protein shake w/ .25 cup rolled oats and small banana half or berries in 8oz greek yogurt (chobani is pref.) post workout
whole wheat rotini and turkey for lunch with large spread of mixed veggies(spinach, raddishes, carrots, broccli, and small tomatos are rare)
one of Jamies delicious recipes such as strawberry banana oat bake, or the pumpkin protein bars with almond milk are a great afternoon snack...
then alot more veggies, some meat, and last carb for supper..
and to finish the day off, a last protein shake!

Stuff i add to the "lifestyle change" since "diet" is such an offensive word these days..
To wake up, No xplode- blue raspberry
after workout- BCAA 1000mg caps, and Amino X recovery- Blue Frizz as well as any ONE of the (Gold Standard Casein -Chocolate Cake Batter, MRM 100% Whey Dutch Chocolate protein powder, or Gold Standard !00% WHEY chocolate cocoanut powder..
Before lunch vitiamins are- Fish oil, vitiamin C, Mega B Stress, Opti women, B100 complex, MRM smart blend, CoQ10 100mg, and L-theanine 200 mg.-alot of these are just remnants i got for free after my wreck and was told i needed them by my DR.
Before bed, generally either one of the protein wheys or just 6 egg whites- i aim to eat 120-135gs prootein everyday-and 25+gs of fiber..but the nighttime pills (which dont work for sleep anymore)are GABBA, Lithium Oritate, and Tranquil Sleep, because the vitiamins work no longer to promote my sleep usuaully reading my Bible for a few hours, burusing teeth,10 mins of relaxing yoga, then deep breathing (for an hour) generally get the job done
