I noticed i was gaining over 1 stone a year ever since i was about 13 years old and i was 17 stone and not even a adult yet.
Why I Love It:
This website is great, there is so much great articles and infomation, along with support from other members, Supplements right at your doorway and a forum to clear any problems or queries. Great website
How I Stay Motivated:
Music and determination.
