When I Started: Jun, 2007
How I Started: I started actually in 2006 in october by bikibg for 15km everyday on the biking machine then i stopeed and resumed in Feb/March but the i stopped because of my exams and started taking it seriously in June 07 when I biked on the machine 25km for a week and 3days and continued
Why I Love It: I love working out because it makes me feel lighter, healthier and look definetly better.
How I Stay Motivated: I listen to music the whole time which actually helps me acheiving my aims for the day, but always having a person encouraging you is always very motivating like a friend or a family member.
BB Accomplishments: Getting my thighs into shape and decreasing my bady fat percentage and developing some muscles.
