Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Why or why not?
Its enough for me to know what I want to gain from my efforts.
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Its obvious when you make gains and either people tell you or you just simply realize how much you're lifting compare to just a couple of months ago.
Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
