My friend Jonathan Scialpi who was bodybuilder of the week a while back brought me to work out one day and i got hooked!I felt great and wanted the feeling to never stop!
Why I Love It:
It makes me look good and most of all feel good.I feel at times like i can do anything!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by having both looking back at what i once was..and think about what i can do to become better.

Bodybuilding.com Teen Transformation of the Week. 4/20/09
Over the course of a little less than 1 year.. I lost 80lbs of fat and replaced about 15lbs of it with muscle.
To this day...i have lost almost 100 lbs. of fat
