FierceChilean Thanks man, you are doing great as well! and in respose to your back question on your picture. Well wats helping me so far is wide front grip pull-ups, it ads size to your lats giving you size for your back perspective as well as your front, making your torso look bigger. If you are doing it at home, well get a chair and put one leg on it and focuse first on getting your form right. Quality over quantity, trust me it's hard especially since the grip is wider than your shoulders. May 18, 2012 1:07pm

helenawf Increase the weight when you can do 2 extra reps at the ends of your last one or two sets. Increase by about 10%. Jan 20, 2012 11:08am

helenawf Great goals! Train heavy, eat clean and eat 3-4 days a week enough calories to maintain plus 100 and 2-3 days a week with 100 calories less than you need to maintain. Make sure you eat lean protein with each meal and eat at least 5-6 meals a day. Figure out how much protein you need. I would try 1 gram per pound of bodyweight and divide that amount by the number of meals per day. Eat that much protein each meal. Good luck! Hugs, Wendy Oh, and do cardio! Dec 23, 2011 3:48pm
