Overall Goal: i want to get up to about 190 - 195 lbs by then end of march while keeping my body fat under 10 percent and then diet down to about 6 % by the end of may. - hope to be in a mag one day, also seeking sponsorship
Fit Status:
carb cycling and cardio, getting leaner one day at a time
i started working out for football my freshman year in high school. Once i saw the changes in my body i got addicted.
Why I Love It:
i love working out because i am a competitive person and i enjoy the challenge of every workout. Also i like how i can change how my body looks
How I Stay Motivated:
i set short term and long term goals. I also have a vision of how i want my body to look and i won't stop until i achieve that look.
BB Accomplishments:
being the strongest kid at my high school. lifting over 1100 pounds combined in squat, bench, and hang clean.

thnx for responding bro, i like the antro-phex, it gives you a great boost of energy as well as mind over matter in the gym...im gonna have to try some of that protein.
