How I Started:
I am deplyed to iraq and being bored is a usual thing. well finally i decided to do something about my laziness and poor body. And a motivating superior figure got me addicted.
Why I Love It:
Its addicting. It makes you feel better about yourself. It gives you more energy. And I feel proud that I can say I am not lazy anymore.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing my future goal being realized the more focused on working out I am.

Goal (Long):
Up until I got to high school (the true party days) I had always been in very good shape. I Played soccer since i was 5 and from age 7-15 played basketball, and ran track. I also tok weight training classes in jr high. So not only was I lean but I had the muscle definition to go with it. Well then high school came around and I cut my athletics down to just soccer all year, while also drinking regularly a couple times a week. It goes without saying that I got lazy for about 3 years and it shows physically. I went from 175lbs and fit in 9th grade to 216 with a gut and love handles. Well I am 22 now and want to get back to a high level of fitness with a lean muscular body. I want to be around 190-195 in 3 months time with bigger arms, a more defined chest, and abs.
