Why I Love It:

239lbs I love to dance and have a GREAT time!!! People at this party who had not seen me in a while were amazed with the transformation.
I want to get to and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle.
Goal (Long):
I want to be healthy and to be able to enjoy an active lifestyle. My goal is also to get encouragment and advice from people who have knowledge and expertise in the areas of weightloss and bodybuilding.
Just stopping by to give you and everyone else a compliment. You are looking marvelous! Keep working hard, for the Christmas Holiday is approaching speedily.
Let the mirror not scale be your motivation depending on how much you want to loose and in the amount of time, I started with just wanting to accomplish a distance (3miles) then faster, then 3miles you have to adjust to what pushes you harder!
