When I Started:
How I Started:
When I was in school, I played just about every sport there was, so I never really went to the gym. I still love to play sports, but i'm no longer on a team. My passion is dancing, and that keeps me in shape, but I love working out at the gym! I started working out every now and then when I was about 18. The more I went to the gym, the more I enjoyed it. I started going more, and reading up on supplements and work out plans. Now, I go to the gym on a regular basis, but there is still so much I need to learn. I pick up tips from people here and there, but i'm ready to really get focused and make a significant change.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel more confident with my body. I feel better throughout the day and have more energy. I don't care how much time in the day there is, I find time to work out because I love it!
How I Stay Motivated:
My job is very competitive and requires you to have a fit, toned, body. Other than I love working out as it is, my job keeps me in check with being in the gym on a regular.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't really have any yet, but maybe sometime in the future.
I want to lean out and tone up a little more. I would really like to focus on sculpting my arms, that's one thing I have a hard time doing. I also would like to tone up my ab area and slim down a little. I would say losing about 7lbs would make me feel a lot better in my clothes! If anyone has any tips on taking supplements and when I should take my protein, I am really trying to learn how all that works, and what works for me, so please feel free to give me some tips! I really would like good advice!

Is it me or when the weather is nice and warm, I am really motivated to workout? When the weather is cold and rainy like it has been, I just don't feel like doing anything. What's up with this texas weather? I'm so sick of it! It makes me wish I lived in a tropical climate right now!
Just wanted to tell you that because of you i beleive in angels...from a usa soldier in iraq. i am in the process to get tone again,,,need to get more weight first any pointers in how to get my six pack?

Doin really good! Keepin up with the trainin' tryin to bulk a bit more, its been a slow process but i guess its goin slow cuz im try to stay defined too. About to go on a lil vacation in florida for a bit so im lookin forward to that! hows your summer!

superpump250 will help you lean out with a proper workout but it does contain some creatine so you'll have to see how your body reacts to it. let me know how it works out for you.
