How I Started:
I was always embarrassed to take my shirt off around friends and family
I wanted to have abs to show all my female friends
I wanted to be able to perform cool feats of strength
So I decided ENUF IS ENUF!
Why I Love It:
I love just going to the gym, working out and seeing others trying hard to achieve their goals...
I love taking supps and posing (especially with the perfect shadowing)
But most importantly I LOVE THE RESULTS
How I Stay Motivated:
Listening to Lil Wayne, his music inspires me... he has achieved so much since he started, and I'd like to emulate his success!
The results also keep me extremely motivated. I see my weaknesses and I try to improve all the time!

Losing 15lbs of fat since Xmas

Because not only is he successful and ripped, but he has made me see the difference between natural bodybuilding and the guys on the cover of flex magazine. I really respect him and love his mini series on BB.com
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
There are many more machines that in my room hahah

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
Lots of machines, lots of free space, good trainers

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I like to do roughly 10-12 reps, but for some exercises I can't seem to feel the burn within those 12 reps so I go higher... unfortunately if I simply increase the weight I can't keep good form :(
When I first begun my BB journey, I hardly new anything about supplements, nutrition etc.. The first supplement I ever bought was ON's 100% Whey (tropical punch flvr) just because it was said to be number 1 on BB.com... I guess what attracts people are fancy words like...
I won't write a complete program because not only do I use a lot of movements per muscle (to hit it from differet angles) but I change my program very often to keep my muscles guessing!
Here is an example of my recent tricep routine
-Dips 3 x 8
-Rope pulldowns 3 x 15
-Reverse grip pulldowns 3...

I will try to do more cardio, at 168lbs I feel good at this weight but want to break my plateu of 170 to 180, but lean, and I am having major issues with my mid section, I dont know if I am consuming to many calories (lean) or not burning enough, I will keep track and keep on updated, thanks pal!
