I weighed 155 lbs when I joined the military, and I wanted to slowly add muscle throughout the years. I did that and I am happy where I am now.
Why I Love It:
I truly love working out, it feels great. It is great for stress and I love to eat, so staying in good shape allows me to enjoy good food. Don't get me wrong, I do work my ass off, but I enjoy it and the benefits.
How I Stay Motivated:
Love the way it makes me feel, love the way I feel in my clothes and out of them.
BB Accomplishments:
Finally made it to 195 lbs in weight, my next one is to get back to 7% body fat without losing muscle.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I look in the mirror, and remind myself why I do this.
I also eat a banana, dink some fluids, and load up my I-POD with some good sounds.

What forearm workout has worked best for you?
Wrist curls with the bench press bar. I usually use the bar with 45lb plates only one on each side, and I try and do 4 sets of 10 reps. I save it for the end of my workout though, by the time I finish, I can't grip anything. Wrist curls with the bench press bar. What leg workout has worked best for you?
I love squats, I usually do 4 sets of 8 regular squats, followed by 4 sets of 8 front squats, followed by 4 sets of 8 can't remember the correct name of these so I will just call them (seated squats), but on the smith machine with your feet as far forward as possible so as to be in a seated possition on the bottom of the rep. I also do 4 sets of 8 of squats with your feet and knees together. This really works the gluteus. I know most women normally do it, but I like this exercise. I'm with you on that one. I may complain at times, but I secretly love it. I feel like a really accomplished what I set out to do...build more muscle!!

I work the hell out of my back just because it's strong. My bf told me, "Whoa! your wings are really starting to show!" i didn't like that too much. I just don't like the look of it. I think it makes me look manly.

I absolutely LOVE Cali!! The weather there is so nice...much better than Texas! No trouble for me this weekend...I'm saving that up for my birthday coming up. Hee hee!
