How I Started:
I weighed 155 lbs when I joined the military, and I wanted to slowly add muscle throughout the years. I did that and I am happy where I am now.
Why I Love It:
I truly love working out, it feels great. It is great for stress and I love to eat, so staying in good shape allows me to enjoy good food. Don't get me wrong, I do work my ass off, but I enjoy it and the benefits.
How I Stay Motivated:
Love the way it makes me feel, love the way I feel in my clothes and out of them.
BB Accomplishments:
Finally made it to 195 lbs in weight, my next one is to get back to 7% body fat without losing muscle.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I look in the mirror, and remind myself why I do this.
I also eat a Banana, a Kashi bar, dink some fluids, and load up my Zune with some good sounds.

What forearm workout has worked best for you?
Wrist curls with the bench press bar. I usually use the bar with 45lb plates only one on each side, and I try and do 4 sets of 10 reps. I save it for the end of my workout though, by the time I fini...more

Workout Program:
I have done several different work outs, and this is by far my favorite. I do this more often than any other and always get great results.

I do 5 sets of 12 reps with 15 to 20 seconds of rest between each set, and no more than 1 1/2 minutes between each exercise for endurance...
