I basically got tired of my family & friends telling me how skinny I was when I was younger,& how I should work out,so finally I realized I was to skinny & did need to gain muscle so I started watching my friends work out & really got into it then,so I went out & got some weights & it all started from there.Now im a new person.
Why I Love It:
Because I love to look good & keep my body in shape,plus its so exciting to see your body change right in front of u..I love seeing a new muslce appear each day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remember my goal & promise I made to myself to GET HUGE no matter what never quit.Plus I got my friends to keep me on track.

That's excellent, you shooting for 250, or more! More is always better. Keep on bulking, man... watch those lifts go thru the roof! Do you have to eat careful?
i go heavy on my chest up to twice a week. i do inclines, declines, and flat bench. i focus more on upper chest and it seems to bring my chest more out. i finish my chest work out with dumbbell flys. hollister is ok, as you know how detailed they are as with the rest of the abercrombie line. it's a summer job for me but i enjoy the long hours there and the smell of jake cologne taking over the store...lol
