I do cardio as necessary. For my routines, I mix things up constantly...supersets, dropsets, tri-sets, giant-sets, etc. Sometimes, I do big compounds first and iso's after...sometimes I pre-fatigue...sometimes I go heavy for less reps...sometimes lighter for higher reps. I love to keep the body guessing.
