How I Started:
First step was weight loss - strength was not a concern. High reps, low weights, combined with cardio.
Why I Love It:
I can increase my metabolic rate, making it easier for me to lose additional weight. Muscles are also nice.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wife, mirrors, and the love of DOMS.
BB Accomplishments:
I was between 30% and 40% bodyfat not long ago, with size 46 pants. I got down to 15% bodyfat, size 36 pants, and the gain in 3+ inches on my arms forced me to go UP in shirt sizes.
