I got started after I TRULY reached my breaking point. Enough is enough I gained over 60+ Lbs, since 2001.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it energizes my entire being; Mind, Body, and Soul.
How I Stay Motivated:
Through my son. I want to ensure I am healthy so I can be here for him. Also, I constantly watch sports on TV and YouTube, and i have changed my social networks to friends who are ALWAYS active.

Goal (Long):
My body weight has been fluctuating since I can remember. From Elementary to Middle School, I was chubby with loose fat. During high school, I gained height, became super active in sports and trimmed down and I maintained 175-185 from that point up to College. After college, I became inactive and gained 60 Lbs which lead me to where I am as of Oct 6, 2008.
I don't want my "Good Years" body back. I want better! I've never had a sculpted body that I would be proud to take my shirt off in public and show off. I'm going to have it now.
I am targeting a weight range of 195-205, 9-12% body fat, with great body definition. I also want to achieve GREAT cardio endurance. I want to be able to run a mini-marathon within 18 months.
You will be able to reach those goals very easily. Even though your an inch taller You should be able to compare your results with where I have come from.
Trust me when I say, it's an satisfying feeling being able to slip into size 32 jeans. I almost cried... Almost.
