bigblockchevy things are pretty good. I had a good workout this morning but my left knee sure isnt liking it though. its probably from when I had the 50lbs barbell it was on the gym floor instead of where it was suppose to be. cant stand it when people do that. anyways I was bending at the knees to pick it up when I would do my exercise and then back down so I think maybe thats what bothered it or it could be this HUGE COLD SNAP we are having here Mar 10, 2009 10:28pm
