I've always loved training heavy and I've always been a big girl. Seemed natural to get into bb-ing.
Why I Love It:
I can't imagine not training. It's just a part of who I am. I love the artistry of bodybuilding more than anything. That's my favorite part of competing. I want not only to have a fantastic physique, but to be an entertaining competitor.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at fat pictures of myself. Yikes.
BB Accomplishments:
Major? Well, so far it's just getting out there and competing and learning. Stay tuned. Oh, and I'm now Miss Wilmington 2008. :D

Before I started serious training. I was approaching 40% bodyfat!
It's the start of my next building program. Let's see what I can do.
I want to be shredded from head to toe at my next contest.
Goal (Long):
I want to start a very slow fat loss process now so that by the time my next contest diet rolls around I will already be nice and lean. It should be very doable, theoretically.

You don't need to be 5'3" to look impressive. I was going to ask you about your calves. Do you train them with heavy weight/low reps or lighter weight/high reps, to get them to grow?
