It is easy for me to get up and go to the gym everyday, in fact I look forward to it and often have to stop my self from over-training. The hardest part for me is maintaining a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym. Saying no to temptations like junk food gets easier every time you do it and harder the more you put it off.
