How I Started:
I technically got started right out of high school. I graduated weighing 124lbs. Started lifting and put on about 40lbs in the first year or so. The physique has fluctuated quite a bit since then.
Why I Love It:
Its an individual thing that can be done almost wherever and whenever. Even deployed to the sandbox. Your failures are your own and you have to have desire get results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out with other soldiers, members on this site and the thought of living a longer and healthier life.
Decided to change my training goal to more of a cutting oriented goal. I'm having a hard time getting rid of BF and getting size, without gaining too much weight. I've got military standards I have to uphold. Kinda frustrating. So for now, I'm focusing on increasing cardio, while still...

aw man! i love those free tshirt runs.. unfornately, there aren't many of those left :( i'm as ready as i'm gonna be for the 10k.. i know i've got the endurance.. now i just gotta keep my mind occupied :) so where's this pic taken?

well if you can't buy anything I can't really make much of a suggestion lol i was going to say you can cook meats like chicken and fish is ziploc zip and steam bags in the microwave... thats how I cook mine most of the time!
