How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
4x6-8 on majors, 3x10-15 on minor body parts
Good mixture of stregth and size gains with these numbers.

60-90 sec. Anything longer decreases intensity.

It was my first time trying it after a shoulder injury to. Worse case senario it would have been a video of me rolling it down my chest!!! LOL

Thanks man my kids are my world. I don't believe any type of prohormone is in the works. Just doesn't fit the company goals. The wow was for the harley press!!
