How I Started:
As a kid my brother got a weight bench in high school while I was still in elementary school. I used to put fives on the bench and attempt to bench it! LIGHT WEIGHT!
Why I Love It:
Confidence, Stress Relief, Anger Release, Health Benefit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Loading a new song on the iPod, buying new supplements, trading cell pics with girls.
BB Accomplishments:
It's pretty weak but I finally got to repping 225 10 times, which was a goal of mine since I was 16.
I would like to be featured in a fitness magazine. As a kid I always wanted to reach that level of fitness. Now that I've transformed my body from fat to fit, I'd like to achieve my ultimate body goal.
Back is feeling better. Had a pretty messed up split the last two weeks because of my back pain. Did bis/tris today. I did reverse grip bench press for the first time today and frickin LOVED it. It is going permanently in my tri routine.
haha I'm sitting tight for now, I don't want to risk the possibility that what little luck I had, has already run out.
although it is 9/9/09 today (an incredibly auspicious day) so who knows?
I know, I mistakenly got a life again for a little while. Then the universe must've realized what happened and quickly corrected that accident. Although I'm confident you didn't have to search for too long or hard before you found other forms of flattery and enthusiastic stalkers.
