not much progress :( my own fault!! Need to clean up my diet ALOT and stick to my routines, been slacking off a lot

just ate and it's the day after Thanksgiving, but I see results!!!

whoo diet has been shaky but killing the workouts and not as much an emphasis on cardio. I'm still toying with what really works for me

I am finally gettin back into the habit of eating and exercising now that my college schedula has died down a bit. It also doesn't help that my college is 1 hr from where I live.

This is the day after my first workout in at least 3 weeks. Process of moving, didn't have my weights or ANYTHING!!! Time to get back on track and kill the weights!!
