I am finally gettin back into the habit of eating and exercising now that my college schedula has died down a bit. It also doesn't help that my college is 1 hr from where I live.

i love being fit, I am fit because my work keeps me that way, but I don't look it right now. It's the fat but fit typo, lol. Just &^%$ing do it!!!! Is all I got to say.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Remember why you started in the first place and then ask yourself and really mean it, "How bad do you want? How far are you willing to get there or to attain what you want?" Also, when I think I'm too tired I will always say, "Your not tired until you fall over from exhaustion." What in the world happened?! Within two weeks I gained 8 pounds. I'm eating right and working out. Usually I wouldn't really worry about it but I feel like complete crap and really, extremely bloated. Anybody else ever experienced this?
yeah I need do to the same, cardio is my only spot where I need to work on, well its not most entertaining workout but got to do it! well looking great hope u can step it up!
That is the whole point of it. If more people learned to not look at the scale but at their body they would be able to break through the self-esteem barrior a lot sooner.
